This release focused on the new Single Sign-On and meeting features, with some additional minor enhancements, and bug fixes. Thank you to everyone who requested enhancements or reported bugs.
Major Enhancements
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Single Sign-On (SSO) has been implemented for Microsoft and Google providers. If you prefer to log in using your existing Microsoft or Google accounts instead of the existing username and password, then you can now choose this option.
On the login screen you can select your provider:

Note: SSO is currently configured on a per-user basis. If your organisation wishes to enforce the usage of SSO, then please contact us.

Meetings
- We have streamlined the process of creating a meeting so agenda templates are more visible (and useful). When creating a meeting for a team, the agenda templates are immediately visible so they are easily selectable. We encourage users to create templates for meetings held on a recurring basis.
You can also start a meeting immediately by clicking on the ‘Run meeting now’ button, allowing you to run a meeting with a pre-defined agenda very quickly.
- You can now attach a meeting to an existing Outlook meeting. This helps when an Outlook calendar invitation has been created prior to the meeting and you wish to link them. You can see the options on the meeting page.
Pressing “Attach existing Outlook event” will bring up a dialog showing your current Outlook calendar and then selecting the event to attach.
Minor Enhancements
- Strategic goals can now be archived. If you have achieved your goal, or goal is now irrelevant, you can hide the goal from the default view.
- The objective overview page has been improved based on feedback.
- "Status not matching progress" has been removed
- “Objectives without issues” has been added - if an objective has no issues, it will appear in this list
- Resilient Business Assessments and Employee Engagement surveys are now visible to all users, including participants.
Bug Fixes
Many small bugs identified from our in-app telemetry have been fixed.
