This release was primarily a minor enhancement and bug-fix release. Thank you to everyone who requested enhancements or reported bugs.

Minor Enhancements

  • When configuring the permissions for the cultural leadership role, we have now added the ability to set the permissions for Peer Catch Up. Historically, this was available when configuring the cultural leader role, but this has been moved to the configuration panel here to make it more consistent.

  • When viewing permissions for a person in an organisation, previously you could only see the directly added access levels. We have enhanced this so every access level is shown (i.e. value stream leader, key function leader, cultural leader, team leader & team member)

By default, the grid now also only shows the permissions a person has.  This reduces the amount of data shown to the user.  This setting can be toggled using the checkbox in the dialog footer.

  • When viewing the personal profile of a person in your organisation, you can now see the team work items assigned to that person.  Note: this does NOT show you any of that person's personal items - these are always private.

  • We have added a menu for objectives, similar to the menu previously added for kanban items. This will allow the user to perform some common actions on the objective, such as:
    • changing the status of (to do, in progress, closed)
    • moving an objective - to another team or to the organisation
    • duplicate an objective
  • When creating a new objective, we now navigate directly to the objective allowing the user to edit the objective, add key results, etc.

  • Meeting templates are now able to be added for a team - in addition to being organisation wide.

  • Participants and non-participants are now recorded in surveys.  This allows you to gain some perspective on who responded to a survey, without breaking the anonymity of the responses.  Note: we are unable to show this information for historical surveys as we are unable to determine who responded and who did not.

Bug Fixes

  • Navigation between two objectives would sometimes not refresh the contents of the objective

  • If a participant in a meeting didn't have permission to add work items, notes, and decisions, they would be able to see the buttons to add these (but then not have the permission to save them)

  • Copying of access levels sometimes did not copy all the permissions

  • Access levels were being incorrectly shown as roles in a system diagram

  • People who were added as stakeholders, and had a user type of ‘None’ were previously shown in the list of people to assign leadership or team membership. Stakeholders with this access can no longer be added to these kinds of roles.

Miscellaneous

  • We have updated the logos throughout the platform to match our new branding
