This release was primarily a minor enhancement and bug-fix release. Thank you to everyone who requested enhancements or reported bugs.
Minor Enhancements
- We have updated a question in our Team Assessment to clarify its meaning and remove a negative connotation. Existing survey results should not be affected as the intention of the question is the same.
The previous question was: “There are consequences for team members that do not consistently follow through on promises and commitments.”
which has been replaced with: “If a team member consistently fails to follow through on commitments, we make it clear it’s impacting our team’s effectiveness.”
- For organisations who are using our developer API, we have enhanced our API to return data on how people are connected to roles and teams. Details on the developer API can be found at https://api.adaptbydesign.com.au/swagger.
- We have added the ability to edit a person's start date. In a person's profile you can now see:
- their platform invitation date
- their start date as an employee
- Some minor UX changes to updating our branding as well as to prepare for the implementation of a future interface change:
- The favicon in the browser tab matches our new brand
- Loading spinner matches our new brand
- Minor changes to how our cards are presented
- Any old logos in various pages now match our new brand
Bug Fixes
- If you were an employee with restricted permissions, then looking at CVT data in the platform would erroneously show you the anonymous data for employees recorded from prior to them becoming employees in your organisation. This would only happen when potential employees had a CVT recorded from their previous organisation, but hadn't yet recorded a CVT from their current organisation.
