High Levels of Accountability

The team assessment has been designed to assess a team’s current level of performance so you can identify opportunities to improve the team’s effectiveness. All teams have access to the team assessment for an initial measure and as a tool to remeasure.

Responses to the survey will not be used for any purpose other than the assessment of overall team strengths and challenges. The data collected is not be presented in a manner that could be used to identify individual responses. It's important to get a real and accurate assessment of team performance.

Note: To initiate an adapt team assessment, the team must be set up in the Platform. All members must be active users with their correct email addresses. They don't need to have log in access.

Set up the team, add the members and you are ready to initiate the survey. Go to the team in the side panel and under the drop-down menu select ‘Team Assessment.’ It will take you to a screen where you can ‘Add Survey.’ Name the survey, check you are happy with the start and end date and hit Schedule Survey. The Platform will send an email to each participant with details of the survey and a link. At the conclusion of the survey, an email will be sent to the creator of the survey which confirms it is closed and they can review the results via the team dashboard.

Over time you will collect rich data on the teams’ effectiveness by comparing multiple team assessments for your team.
