The Team Assessment measures the health of a team against the six factors required for a high-performing team.

It consists of 32 questions across the six factors as follows:

  • Q1-6 assess Trust & Psychological Safety
  • Q7-10 assess Alignment of Purpose & Values
  • Q11-15 assesses Clarity of Roles
  • Q16-21 assesses Effective Stewardship
  • Q22-26 assess High Levels of Accountability
  • Q27-32 Meaningful Progress

The Results

The first part of the results shows the overall team health score (top bar) based on all the answers. The lower bar shows the percentage score of total number of participants in the survey. These bars will show as red, orange or green depending on the percentage.

The bar graph breaks shows the results for the team by each of the six factors. Hovering over each of the bars will provide more information.

Scores for each factor

The overall result for each factor is presented in the coloured circle in the top right hand corner.

  • Red = Scores below 50% signalling low performance with much room for improvement
  • Orange = Scores between 50-79% signalling moderate performance and room for some improvement
  • Green = scores between 80-100% signalling high performance and only minor tweaks may be required

Scores for each question

The grey triangle icons along the bar for each question demonstrate the lowest (minimum) and highest (maximum) team member scores while the coloured percentage number is the average score for the team.

Note: There is no way to identify the responses of individual team members.

Comparing Scores

Once a team has completed more than one assessment, you can compare different assessment using the Compare option.
