This release focused on adding the new bullseye feature and simplifying the language used in our action (previously work or kanban boards). Thank you to everyone who requested enhancements or reported bugs.

Major Enhancements

  • We have introduced a new feature - bullseye. In the current platform, this was a text box that allowed you to paste an image that reflected your bullseye.

The new bullseye tool has been built to enable you to interactively answer the questions:
    • What are you passionate about?
    • What are you great at?
    • What do your customers need?
    • What can you be paid for?

As many of you will have already used the old bullseye feature, the new one will need to be turned on in the organisation configuration section. Turning on the new bullseye feature will hide (but not delete!) the old bullseye. Please talk to your coach about the best approach to switch to the new bullseye feature.

The new bullseye will help you identify the things that you should be doing, as well as the things you won't do.

Minor Enhancements

  • We are simplifying some of language in the platform, as we have had feedback that the usage of “Kanban”, “Work” or “Items” isnt particularly clear. To address this, we've renamed the “Work” page to "Actions". For consistency, you will now “Add an action” as opposed to “Add an item”. A few things to note:
    • This doesn't affect the functionality of the platform in any way
    • The application will now use the new terminology. We are working through our articles to update any to use the new terminology

Bugs

  • Exporting some grids (e.g. Cultural Leadership Framework) to Excel was not working
  • Some more minor issues with the Microsoft 365 calendar integration have been addressed
