In this release, we updated our objective, action and meeting features. Updates to these three features is an ongoing project and we are working on more enhancements in upcoming releases.

Major Enhancements
Actions
Columns in the action board now have some annotations to help you maintain a cleaner working board. For each column we now:
- show the number of items in that column
- add a subtle background shade to the column if it exceeds 10 items in the column
They are subtle hints to you and your team that there are too many actions on your board, and to prioritise the actions that are important now (in progress), the actions to do next (to do), or the actions to work on in the future (your backlog).
Actions can now be quickly linked wherever you can enter rich text inside embedADAPT. Instead of using the ‘Add link’ feature, you can simply type the code of the item (e.g. NAV-1234), and whenever you see that text, it will be automatically replaced with a link to that item. Note, you will only see the link if you have permission to view the action.
In the example below, you can see that someone has referenced the ‘NAV-6’ action in the description of the NAV-4 action:
If you look at the NAV-4 action in the preview pane, you can see the action code has been replaced by the link:
Objectives
Objectives can now be reordered. From the tree or list view, there is a new menu option ‘Reorder objectives’. This will help to set the order of objectives into something that is relevant to you (as opposed to the order they were created in).
Minor Enhancements
- When importing a recent meeting agenda, we have increased the length of time a meeting is shown to 18 months (from 6 months), and also allowed you to search by the meeting name
- Search has been improved to be much more performant, the presentation has been improved with some grouping, and we've also added some new categories
Bug Fixes
- An issue with exporting process maps to an action board, and then changing the status of an action using our new batch feature was fixed
- Creating a new label wasn't adding it to the action or objective it was being created in
- Importing a meeting template wasn't showing the pre-work
