Why do we do this?
- So you can refer to these behaviours in discussions with people
- It makes explicit what are considered positive and negative examples of living this value
- We can audit how the business lives its values
Some guidelines:
- Try to identify at least two positive and two negative examples of living the value. This will give the business the best chance to understand and live the value
- Make the behaviours as relevant as possible
