How do I create and allocate tasks to a role?

Navigate to the system which contains the task map that relates to the role you are allocating.

Click on the "Configure System" button in the heading bar, then select “Switch to Edit Mode”.

When in edit mode you can create a task and assign it to the role you want.


Save and close when done

The task and role will appear in the task map

 

To edit an existing task map to re-allocate a role, select the menu next to the required task, then click “Edit Role Task”.

Change the Allocated Role. Save and close when done.

What happens next?
The allocated tasks will show up as being allocated to that role:
