Navigate to the System which contains the task map that you would like to move.
Click on the "Configure System" button in the heading bar, then select “Switch to Edit Mode”.
Move parent task map
In the top right-hand corner of the parent task map, click on the menu button, then select the “Move task map to another system” option.
From the drop-down menu, select the system you would like to move this task map to. You may also create a new system from this dialog.
After clicking “Move & save”, you will be prompted as to whether you want to go to the new system or stay here.
Clicking on “Go to destination system” will redirect you to the system which the task map was moved to.
Move child Process Step
In the menu for a child process step, select the “Move to Another Task Map” option.
From the drop-down menu, select where you want to move this process step.
You may also create a new task map as the destination, by clicking “Create a new task map”.
Click "Move" to finalise the action
What happens next?
The process step has successfully been moved to the new location.
