The "Potential Employee" Role is not automatically in the ADAPT Platform. It needs to be created. This Role can assist you when it comes to recruitment, as you can capture CVT data without it affecting the statistics of existing employee data, yet can still be retained if the potential employee becomes an employee.
From the Organisation tab navigate to Organisation Design and click on Roles.
In the top right-hand corner, select "Create new role"
Create the new Role called "Potential employee" and Type "Stakeholder". Save & Close when done.
The new Role will now appear in the External Stakeholder Roles.
What happens next?
When interviewing or capturing data for a potential employee, you can invite this potential employee (stakeholder) to your organisation and record data associated with this person without it affecting any of your organisations statistical data.
