This release focused on our new personal dashboard. It also included several minor enhancements to the meeting feature and some bug-fixes. Thank you to everyone who requested enhancements or reported bugs.
Major Enhancements
Personal dashboard
We have given the personal dashboard a major rewrite as we felt it didn't communicate what was most important to the user. This update improves the visibility of many components (actions, objectives, meetings, career valuations, surveys, etc). The personal area has been changed to accommodate these new dashboards.
The new personal dashboard now has three ways of displaying data to the user:
- By activity - activities categorised by the activity type (career valuation, action, assessment etc), and then by status (due now, upcoming)
- By status - activities that are ordered by “due now” or “upcoming” and then by the activity type
- Calendar - activities shown in a calendar-type view
Each view shows the same data - presented slightly differently to cater for how you want to see your dashboard, as shown below.
By Activity:
By Status:

By Calendar:
You can filter the dashboard to adjust the amount of data shown, the status type (due, upcoming), or by activity type (action, objective, assessments, meetings, etc).
You can also configure the layout of the dashboard to show the activities in the position you want. Use the ‘Edit layout’ button in the toolbar.
Meetings, actions and objectives have built in due dates - and this date will be reflected in the activities shown in the dashboard.
Other activities follow a cadence specific to your organisation. For example, many organisations have a four-month cadence for career valuations (CVTs) or a 12-month cadence for Employee Engagement assessments. Based on your most recent activity, the platform will now remind you of due and upcoming events of this type.
Events rarely happen on a strict cadence, so we've allowed you to defer some activities. The cards on the dashboard will have a ‘Reschedule’ link to allow this. Rescheduling an activity will prompt you for an optional comment.

This update is huge so if you have any feedback, we would appreciate it!
Minor Enhancements
- Meetings have had a few more enhancements, continuing our ongoing work here.
- You can now attach minutes, actions and objectives to an agenda item prior to the meeting being started. Each agenda item now has a menu with these associated actions. This will be useful if you wish to plan meetings in advance with actions/ideas requiring discussion, without them potentially confusing the agenda. It can also be used to navigate to actions or objectives for easy reference during the meeting.
- Actions and objectives can be added to multiple meetings. This was previously limited to a single meeting.
- The behaviour of the checkbox when running a meeting has changed to be less annoying.
- The checkbox is larger
- Clicking directly on the checkbox doesn't automatically open the agenda item
- The meeting description is now shown in both the sidebar and page views in a running meeting.
- We have improved the synchronisation of meeting agenda items - sometimes not all items were synchronised in all places. This will improve the collaboration among users when editing meetings and their agendas.

- We have improved the interface when exporting a task map to an embedADAPT board so it is easier to find and select the correct board.
Bug Fixes
- Deleting linked task maps would cause the browser to lock up - now fixed.
- Cultural leaders weren't showing up in the employee directory - now fixed.
