We are still actively improving HQ based on feedback - with many more updates planned and underway.

Major Enhancements

Pathways

An ongoing project has been the updating of content for the pathways. This includes our:

  • visual models
  • videos
  • written content with more examples, and clearer explanations
  • miro templates
  • meeting guidance
  • deep dive content

Actions

Columns in the action board now have some annotations to help you maintain a cleaner working board.  For each column we now:

  • show the number of items in that column
  • add a subtle background shade to the column if it exceeds 10 items in the column

They are subtle hints to you and your team that there are too many actions on your board, and to prioritise the actions that are important now (in progress), the actions to do next (to do), or the actions to work on in the future (your backlog).

Actions can now be quickly linked wherever you can enter rich text inside adapt HQ. Instead of using the ‘Add link’ feature, you can simply type the code of the item (e.g. SLT-1234), and whenever you see that text, it will be automatically replaced with a link to that item. You will only see the link if you have permission to view the action.

In the example below, you can see that someone has referenced the ‘SLT-6’ action in the description of the SLT-4 action:

If you look at the SLT-4 action in the preview pane, you can see the action code has been replaced by the link:

Objectives

Objectives can now be reordered.  From the tree or list view, there is a new menu option ‘Reorder objectives’. This will help to set the order of objectives into something that is relevant to you (as opposed to the order they were created in).

Bug Fixes

  • Many smaller fixes and enhancements to our platform.
