In this release, our main focus was on improving our initial MVP offering. Since then, we have been continuously enhancing HQ based on the valuable feedback we have received. We have many more updates planned for these pathways, which will be rolled out in the coming months.
Major Enhancements
- An ongoing project has been the updating of content for the pathways. This includes our:
- visual models
- videos
- written content with more examples, and clearer explanations
- miro templates
- meeting guidance
- deep dive content
We are constantly reviewing all our initial pathways based on the feedback we receive.
- The strategy board now has a reworked user experience and has a much more visually appealing design.
- The "Strategy on a page" dashboard has been updated to match our new design and is now also much more visually appealing.
- We have combined the "Establish Business Cadence" pathway with the "Set First Objectives" pathway to create a smoother experience when reaching this stage of the HQ process.
- Based on feedback, we have reworked the business cadence functionality to make it simpler and better reflect how people actually work.
Minor Enhancements
- The meetings page now groups all upcoming and past meetings by date range.
Bug Fixes
- Many smaller fixes and enhancements to our platform.
