- Mobile phones off
- Be present and be an active participant
- Stick to the agenda while allowing healthy robust discussion. If you are going to go over time – make it intentional
- Keep the level of conversation at the strategic level – don’t get drawn into the weeds. This is NOT an operational meeting
- Respect everyone’s input – don’t talk over people
