From the Configuration menu in the bottom panel, click Configure Organisation
From here the Configuration Area will appear. Click on the Personal Profile Categories
The Personal Profile Categories will appear. From here you can create a new Profile Category, or Category Item by selecting the Add button.
Create your new Profile Category and hit OK
The new category will now appear
Click on the Profile Category you wish to add an item too, and then click the Add Category Item button
Complete the configuration for this new profile item and hit OK.
Once all Items are completed click "Save"
What happens next:
The new Profile Category and/or Category Item will show up on everyone's Profile page and you can edit each Profile Item
