Go through each of the actions on your leadership team board.
- The accountable person briefly reports back on the progress
- If required, add further discussion points to the issues list for later in the meeting
- Completed tickets can be moved to Done
- Archive any completed tickets from last month
Doing this regularly builds discipline and accountability, and keeps the action board clean.
