The leadership team should be aware of the critical numbers in their business. The adapt pathway ‘Understand Your Critical Numbers’ (coming soon!) will help you with this and give you a place to store and measure your critical numbers.
If you haven't done this, then a simple measure could just be your financial critical numbers - prepared and circulated by your leader of financial security/accounts before the meeting.
Note: the numbers really only need to be discussed if there is an exception. If critical numbers are on track, all is good and you can move on.
