Great teams have short, effective, focused meetings, and rating your meetings is a great way of improving how your team conducts their meetings.
One simple technique is to get each participant in the team to rate the meeting out of 10 and consider the following questions:
- Was it well run?
- Did it run on time?
- Did we address all the agenda items?
- Was everyone heard?
- Did we stay on track (use a parking lot if you have this issue)?
- How could we have made it better?
