One simple technique is to get each participant in the team to rate the meeting out of 10 and consider the following questions:
- Was it well run?
- Did it run on time?
- Did we address all the agenda items?
- Was everyone heard?
- Did we stay on track (use a parking lot if you have this issue)?
- How could we have made it better?
