The I-We-It Model
The I-We-It behavioural model encourages us to think about ourselves, our team and the work we do for our customers. It has many uses within the adapt way.
I-We-It for Values
You can use it to assess whether your set of values address personal behaviours, team behaviours and customer-facing behaviours. Ideally, your set of values should address all three.
I-We-It for Check-ins
We also use I-We-It as a standard check in process. I - how are you arriving in the room? We - what is happening in the team, in our relationships and communications? And It - what is happening with your work and priorities?
I-We-It for Leadership
And, lastly, we use I-We-It to assess our leadership. How are we behaving in developing our leadership of ourselves? In leading others? And in leading the organisation?
