If you have a survey that has finished but wish to extend the time so that people can enter their responses, then you have 7 days from the end of the survey to do this. Once this date has passed, it is not possible to reopen a survey.
On the survey management page, if you hover over the survey, you will see the ‘reopen’ icon:
Selecting the icon will bring up the survey dialog:
From here:
- Set the new end time
- Acknowledge the survey will remain open
- Save the changes
People who have not previously filled out the survey can now fill out the survey and the results will be added to the existing ones.
If people have lost their invitation, or you wish to resend to those people, then click the ‘Show outstanding responses’ in the survey card. From there, you can resent any survey invitations.
People who have previously filled out the survey will not be able to re submit their survey responses.
