Working with all the data you have recorded on your strategic working board, work through each goal.
For each goal, spend 10 minutes answering the following questions. Answering these questions will help give your goals clarity, and it’s this clarity that will help create your future objectives and actions to implement your strategy.
- What do we need to achieve?
- Considering where you are now, what are the gaps?
- What do we need to do to bridge the gaps?
- What is our approach to achieving success?
- How might we measure progress toward your goal?
- Can we measure progress with milestones each year?
If there is more than three in the team, you might like to split into groups. After working on the goals, present back to the group.
