Use your Strategy dashboard and go through each element of your strategy. Ensure all team members are aligned.
- If you have a culture of openness and trust, everyone should feel 'safe' voicing their opinions if there is any element of the strategy they disagree with or don't understand.
- If there is any confusion you must solve it now before you move on. It is critical that every member of your leadership team is aligned and pulling in the same direction.
NOTE: This could take anywhere from 15 minutes to two hours depending on the discussions needed. This could mean adding more inputs or adding descriptions to the relevant items on your strategy board and strategic goals.
