You will probably find this easier than setting your annual objectives (AOs). Once annual objectives are set, the quarterly objectives (QOs) seem to fall out easier.
Follow the same process:
- Ask each leader to consider what they think the 3-5 priorities for the quarter are.
- Again, get them to write one priority per sticky label and then collate the results.
- Encourage discussion and debate.
Once you have agreed, create the quarterly objectives in the platform.
