Preparation
- Email participants information on venue, timing, logistics
- Revise agenda in the platform and tweak as appropriate
- Follow up with owners on their vision work – typically it’s hard to do and they may need extra support
- Set up room – projector, whiteboard and pens
NOTE: Timing will depend hugely on the number of owners and their alignment. Usually the owner with the biggest shareholder will take the individual visions and integrates them into one spreadsheet before the next session.
Agenda tips
Building trust and psychological safety - chances are the people in the room will say it is good. You might need to push them to explain why they feel that way. Then ask each owner: What would increase T&PS in this team? What could the other owner do more of/less of…
Capture this on the whiteboard or platform and encourage them to get into this practice (if they don’t already) of sharing and being open.
