From your Outlook calendar, select "New Meeting"
From your Meeting toolbar, select "embedADAPT meeting"
This will bring up a side panel for embedADAPT meetings. Click "Create embedADAPT meeting"
Add the meeting title, participants and times into the Outlook meeting, select the relevant team from the drop-down list, and press the "Create Meeting in embedADAPT" button.
When the meeting has been created, the add-in will add a link to the meeting in the meeting description. You will also be able to navigate to the meeting in embedADAPT using the link provided in the add-in.
From here, send your Outlook invitation as usual.
If you wish to browse to your meeting inside embed ADAPT click the button in the add-in (or use the link in the meeting description)
From here a new browser window will open, displaying the meeting details. You can view the attendees allocated to this meeting, as well as set the agenda in preparation
What happens next?
The meeting will now show up in your Outlook calendar, as well as in embedADAPT
