When is the right time for your yearly cycle to begin?
The length of your first cycle depends on the current month and starting month you select.
Your first cycle may be shorter or longer, but every cycle after that will be 12 months long.
For example, if the current month is October 2023:
- If you select July as the start, your first cycle will be 9 months long, from October 2023 to June 2024.
- If you select April as the start, your first cycle will be 18 months long, from October 2023 through to March 2025.
