The Employee Engagement survey asks five questions:

  1. I would recommend [company name] as a great place to work
  2. I see myself working at [company name] in 2 years time
  3. I am not actively looking for a job at another organisation 
  4. I am proud to tell people I work at [company name] 
  5. At [company name] I am motivated to try my best 

The survey is a good one to do as a check-in before and after a specific cultural initiative.

The email sent to the survey participants highlights it is anonymous. When setting up the survey, you nominate the time frame and the system sends a reminder and the results automatically.
