Define the cultural cohort that this person is responsible for.
For each member of their cohort, a cultural leader:
- is responsible for facilitating and scheduling cultural catch-ups (e.g. career valuation)
- will receive notifications that catch-ups are due
Supporting members
Organisation leaders will generally be able to see all cultural measurements (as defined in your organisation's permissions). However, in some cases non organisation leaders might require visibility into a person's cultural measurements, so we recommend adding them to the ‘Supporting members’ list. The cultural leader is not directly responsible for facilitating or scheduling cultural measurements for supporting members.
