Excluded people are not shown within the Cultural Leadership Framework. When a person is excluded, they will be removed from any cultural cohorts they are part of.
NOTE: People should only be excluded from the Cultural Leadership Framework in exceptional cases - such as people on extended leave or arms-length contractors.
They are not included within organisation cultural statistics, such as on the Analyse Valuations page. They will be listed as excluded, like so:

Excluded people will still be included in organisation-wide surveys, such as Employee Engagement or Resilient Business assessments.
