Advanced Career Valuation Analysis

When analysing career valuations you have a powerful set of tools available to you to filter the results. You have the ability to filter by one or more elements:

  • Team
  • Cultural Leader
  • Rating
  • Profile Item

 

The first three in the list above should be simple to use. Filtering by profile item can be particularly useful if you want to do some custom filtering. Configuring this is not simple, but you can get some powerful results.

The filtering works by filtering people in the analysis by values in their personal profile categories. An ADAPT administrator can set up profile categories to records thing such as department, region, employment type - or anything you desire.

To do this, first create a category in the organisation configuration:

 

 

You will need to create 'Text' item type (not rich text, country or date)

 

Once you have created the profile category, edit each person's personal profile with the desired information. In this case, if you have "Region" as your profile, you might pick "WA, NSW, VIC, QLD" as your regions. Its important to use the same spelling here so that an exact match can be made.

Navigate to the 'Career Valuation' -> 'Analyse Valuations', and then click on the Filter.

From there, select the profile item and then value from the list and the career valuations should show only those that match the filter.
