What are the priorities for the next year?
- What outcomes do we want to achieve in the next year?
- Are they significant and take us a step closer to the vision and strategic goals?

Step 1:
- Have each leader write down what they think the business should focus on for the next year
- One thought per sticky note
- Each leader in turn presents their thinking
Step 2:
- Get all the sticky notes up on a whiteboard and Keep, Kill, or Combine (KKC) until you have a list of 3-7 priorities for the year
- Encourage debate and robust discussion until you agree on the 3-5 objectives
Step 3:
- Assign owners to each objective, remember owning an objective means you are responsible for driving that objective, not that you'll be the one doing all the work
- Working individually or in pairs, record the objective and key results in the platform
- Present back to the team, discuss & refine as required
