Example
- Our processes and systems are documented in a consistent way:
- they are comprehensive
- we can effectively recruit & train people with them
- Our regional teams operate in an autonomous way and are accountable to themselves
- We have a culture of agility, flexible and a culture of improvement
- We do not overcomplicate or over document any of our processes and systems but we appreciate the benefits of having our critical people, customer and financial systems documented, trained and improved.
